Connected tools: Exit forum

Participants in a quantitative survey are asked to provide general comments on the research topic at the end of the questionnaire. Inputs of participants are peer-to-peer and interactions are desirable. Research from the InSites R&D department shows that including this tool in a survey leads to higher satisfaction rates among research participants.
